AmeriCorps Member Projects

Members are encouraged to participate in Member Projects to promote professional and social enrichment opportunities for AmeriCorps members participating in the Keep Austin Housed Project. Member Projects provides members with opportunities to actively guide their own professional development and social engagement, as well as work directly with project staff on assessing and strengthening the overall structure of the project.

2009-2010 Member Projects will include: 

• Homeless Resource Fair 2009

• 3rd Annual MLK Day of Wellness: Best Foot Forward

• Travis Co. Homeless Count/Survey - Jan. 28

• Austin AmeriCorps Awareness Week - May 8-15, 2010

• Retreat Planning - April 2010
